- Design, implement and operate the global HR process governance framework, ensuring clear ownership, standards, decision rights, controls and accountability across the employee lifecycle;
- Own the global hire-to-retire process catalogue, ensuring processes have defined owners, global standards, approved local variations, KPIs, controls and up-to-date documentation;
- Establish and manage the HR data governance framework, including data ownership, stewardship, definitions, quality standards, controls, monitoring and remediation;
- Monitor process performance and data quality across Workday and connected systems, identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective and continuous improvement actions;
- Ensure process and data governance principles are embedded throughout Workday design, testing, deployment, release management and post-go-live change control;
- Lead governance forums, facilitate decision-making, manage escalations and align HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, local HR and other stakeholders across a complex global matrix;
- Balance global HR standards with legitimate local requirements, challenge unnecessary deviations and build governance capability, ownership and accountability across global and local teams.
