Helpdesk Support Specialist

A global industrial group is expanding its presence in Porto and building a team to support a variety of internal business activities.

- Provide technical support to end users in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals;

- Configure equipment and support the onboarding of new users;

- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and local connectivity issues;

- Manage tickets and use ITSM tools in accordance with ITIL principles;

- Deliver first-line support for business applications following documented procedures;

- Contribute to the implementation and launch of the new office, including workstation setup, installation, and preparation.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;

- Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365;

- Experience providing both on-site and remote technical support;

- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL principles;

- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and knowledge management platforms;

- Fluency in English and French (mandatory); German is considered a plus.
