You will be the main point of contact for teams in France, ensuring the quality and monitoring of campaign results.
- Act as the main point of contact for Marketing Project Managers based in France, ensuring alignment on CRM campaign strategy, priorities and execution;
- Act as operational liaison with the Team Leader, supporting the coordination and smooth delivery of daily CRM activities;
- Manage, supervise and support the CRM Campaign Assistants’ daily work, ensuring consistent execution standards and contributing to their development;
- Take ownership of CRM campaigns, ensuring end-to-end coordination, delivery and quality control;
- Ensure campaign quality across all stages, including content validation, segmentation accuracy and deliverability;
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, preparing regular reports and identifying optimization opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Data and Marketing, to support continuous improvement of CRM activities and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field;
- Solid knowledge of CRM principles and multichannel campaign environments;
- Previous exposure to CRM campaign management and/or coordination activities (preferred);
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and interpret campaign performance;
- Fluency in English and French (minimum B2), with strong written and verbal communication skills in an international context;
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of rigor and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues.
- Direct contract with the company;
