System Administrator – Windows, Linux & Intune/sccm

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to drive impactful infrastructure projects and help to elevate an Endpoint Management ecosystem!

We are seeking a versatile IT professional who combines traditional infrastructure management (Windows & Linux) with modern, cloud-native endpoint administration. In this role, you will play a key part in deploying, modernizing, and scaling our enterprise device management platforms using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.

- To lead endpoint modernization initiatives: Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions, transitioning legacy device management architectures to cloud-native environments. 

- To administer SCCM / MECM platforms: Oversee application packaging, software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint inventory. 

- To streamline modern provisioning: Manage device lifecycle processes using Windows Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Conditional Access rules.

- To support server infrastructure: Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, SUSE).

- To manage identity and cloud services: Maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services.

- To enforce security and drive automation: Deploy endpoint security technologies (Microsoft Defender), remediate vulnerabilities, and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Bash.

- To collaborate across technical teams: Work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and workplace engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable IT services.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Hands-on Technical Experience: Proven, practical technical experience in real-world enterprise environments.

- Endpoint Expertise: Strong expertise in deploying and administering Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM (patching, software distribution, OS deployment).

- Systems Administration: Strong skills in Linux (troubleshooting, hardening, user management) and Windows Server.

- Cloud & Identity: Working knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365.

- Automation: Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Linux shell scripts.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level required). 

- Availability & Mobility: Availability to participate in on-call rotas (prevenção/on-call support).

- Flexibility and willingness for occasional international travel.
