Sr. Analyst Finance System Governance

Location : Albarraque, Sintra

Coordinate the design, development and rollout of global finance systems and processes for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting (PBF&R), while ensuring that data is accurate and reliable. Work with Finance, business and IT teams to understand current and future requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Identify and deliver improvements that add value to the business.

Support the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes

Conduct acceptance testing and support worlwide user community to facilitate the adoption of existing or new functionalities.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used in PBF&R finance applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated

Support Finance Global PBF&R team regarding their systems solutions and processes

Ensure that the PBF&R finance applications and systems are end user ready and updated

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similar

Minimum 5 years of experience ideally in multinational environment in the areas of finance, data analytics or systems and information management.

Solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

Proactive & Curious attitude

Ability to articulate and translate into action technical and operational subjects

Past experience with Financial Applications and programming languages (SQL) is a plus

Advanced level of English spoken and written

Advanced level of MS Office usage, namely Excel and PowerPoint
