Civil Engineer

- To manage construction projects, including coordination with design, construction, supervision, and service units, as well as liaising with local government authorities;

- To participate in project pre-budget preparation, bidding processes, and other civil engineering-related business management tasks;

- To review civil engineering drawings, technical plans, and changes, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control throughout the construction process; 

- To organize and conduct inspections, manage completion acceptance, review completion data, and handle settlement procedures; 

- To oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovation work related to civil construction after project completion;

- To address and resolve technical issues arising during construction and post-construction phases;

- To perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering;

- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, with a preference for industrial plant projects;

- Proficiency in CAD and other drawing software, as well as Office, PPT, and Project software;

- Strong understanding of local construction laws, regulations, and industry standards;

- Relevant certifications required for working in Portugal.
