We are recruiting a Sales Assistant for a multinational technology company.

O que terás de fazer

- Assist the Key Account Manager in day-to-day tasks, including preparing reports, handling quotation requests, and responding to client queries;

- Ensure compliance and efficiency across sales-related processes (from order creation to invoicing) guaranteeing accuracy and smooth operations;

- Support the monitoring of the Supply Chain system (sell-in/sell-out/stock) to ensure product availability and timely deliveries;

- Assist in tracking client account performance, reconciling invoices, collecting payment evidence, and supporting financial follow-ups;

- Contribute to the negotiation, planning, and execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches, in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.

O que deves garantir

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;

- 1–2 years of experience in a sales-related or commercial support role;

- Fluency in Portuguese and English;

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach;

- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Be a team player with a customer-oriented attitude and commercial awareness.
