Performance And Operation Coordinator

- To oversee and improve daily transport performance; 

- To monitor and challenge carrier performance, offering alternative solutions; 

- To track and analyse recurring deviations; 

- To provide detailed performance reports to carrier and procurement stakeholders; 

- To proactively communicate with customers and serve as first-level escalation support; 

- To manage technical quotations and clarify customer specifications; 

- To liaise with carriers, analyse their responses, and prepare customer quotations; 

- To support operations with clear implementation instructions; 

- To collaborate with freight audit teams to identify and analyse cost gaps; 

- To recommend rate card adjustments when necessary;

- To lead resolution of complex operational issues requiring technical input; 

- To identify and report performance gaps, contributing to SOP updates and team alignment;

- To manage claims and complaints resolution;

- To participate in regulatory monitoring relevant to transport operations;

- To act as a bridge between operations, customers, and internal support teams; 

- To attend carrier and customer performance reviews (weekly/monthly).

- Degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field (preferred);

- Experience in customs management

- Solid background in transport and logistics, with 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding; 

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; 

- Fluent in English (French is a plus); 

- Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land transport processes and regulations; 

- Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing mindset;

- Customer-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable managing priorities; 

- Effective communicator with the ability to operate independently across remote teams; 

- Willingness to travel.
