• We are looking for a  Business Analyst ••

O que terás de fazer

•  Monthly planning for operational and financial KPIs (gross sales, net sales, costs, quantity per product sold by customer);

•  Support the sales team in the sales planning process;

•  Manage the promotional process and control costs based on planning (collect sales information and ensure that data is correctly updated in the system);

•  Monitor the division's key KPIs after weekly planning;

• Own the process to have a more “lean” planning process and also be responsible for monitoring results after planning to alert the business if there are deviations from the plan in various KPIs with possible recommended solutions;

•  Creating and maintaining daily and weekly control reports/dashboards and presenting them to managers on a weekly basis;

•  Ability to work autonomously, managing order priorities when there are urgent orders and multiple tasks;

• Organized in terms of task delivery, time management, and priorities;

• Organized creation of automatic reports in Microsoft Excel or another tool;

Bachelor's degree in management or related field;

• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI;

• Proficient in spoken and written English
