We are recruiting an O&M Manager for a prestigious company in the energy industry.

O que terás de fazer

- Plan, monitor, control, and manage all activities of the power plant’s O&M team;

- Define requirements and establish KPIs for operation and maintenance;

- Identify and manage project risks while overseeing critical tasks of the power plant;

- Carry out and oversee maintenance planning;

- Ensure optimal performance of both the power plant and the team;

- Continuously balance project demands in terms of time, cost, scope, and quality;

- Regularly report results and progress to Production Administration and Administration.

O que deves garantir

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Energy Generation;

- Experience in O&M management of energy production power plants;

- Experience in contract management;

- Experience in team coordination and management;

- Experience in commissioning, operations, and assembly;

- Fluency in English (written and spoken);

- Ability to plan and manage teams;

- Goal-oriented and skilled in managing customers expectations effectively;

- Proficiency in Budget Control;

- Availability to work abroad (mandatory).
