We’re hiring a Finance Manager (Financial Accounting & Controlling Specialist).

O que terás de fazer

- Perform Reporting & Closing activities: ensure that all IFRS, Local GAAP and Statutory closing and reporting tasks (e.g. annual report, reporting to regulatory authorities, SVT reporting) are accurate and on time;

- Produce monthly legal entity close submission activities;

- Perform Global P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and reviews;

- Implement and refine the technical accounting process e.g. document application of policies, procedures and workflows;

- Develop high performing stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. other departments, business units, Group Accounting, auditors, tax authorities, public authorities, etc;

- Financial controlling of Actual versus Planned revenues & costs to meet the P&L target;

- Setup and maintenance of financial charging processes in alignment with the management and customers;

- Create and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports from SAP CAP/BAP, Service Now, to support inquiries.

O que deves garantir

- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;

- Experience in Accounting, Financial Audit, Controlling, or a similar financial area;

- Professional experience in multinational companies;

- Excellent oral and written communication in English;

- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP or Primavera is a plus);

- Accounting certification (TOC) is a plus.
